OSL Global “Bitcoin for Every Move” Campaign - Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern the “Bitcoin for Every Move” Campaign (the “Campaign”) organised by OSL Global (“we”, “our” or “us”). By participating in this Campaign, each participant (“you” or “your”) acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these Terms, the OSL Global Client Terms and Conditions, and the OSL Global Privacy Policy, which together form a legally binding agreement between you and us.

1. Definitions 

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

  • "HK Business Day" means a day that is not a Saturday, Sunday, other general holiday (as defined in the General Holidays Ordinance (Cap. 149 of the Laws of Hong Kong)), or a day on which a tropical cyclone No. 8 or above or a “black” rainstorm warning is hoisted in Hong Kong at any time between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. and, if hoisted before 11:59 a.m. on that day, is not lifted before 12:00 p.m. on that day.
  • "New User" means an individual who registers for an OSL Global account (“OSL Global Account”) for the first time during the Campaign Period (defined below) and successfully completes all the required verification procedures, including Know-Your-Customer (“KYC”) verification, to ensure eligibility for participation.
  • "OSL Global" means the digital asset trading platform operated by OSL AU Pty Ltd under the "OSL Global" brand, together with its affiliates and subsidiaries, as applicable.
  • "USD" means the United States Dollar.


2. Campaign Period 

The Campaign begins on 3 November 2025 (UTC) and concludes on 28 February 2026 (UTC) (the "Campaign Period").

3. Eligibility 

3.1 The Campaign is open to individuals who meet all the following criteria:

  • Are at least 18 years old at the time of participation;
  • Have accepted these Terms; and 
  • Hold a valid and verified OSL Global Account and have completed all required verification procedures, including KYC, to ensure eligibility for participation. 

3.2 Institutional clients are not eligible to participate.

3.3 Participants must not engage in any fraudulent, deceptive or manipulative practices, such as creating multiple accounts, to gain unfair advantages in the Campaign.

3.4 Participants must ensure compliance with all local laws, regulations, and any applicable restrictions related to virtual asset transactions. OSL Global reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse participation or revoke eligibility of any participant who is found to be in breach of these Terms.

4. Reward Conditions 

4.1 Participants must satisfy ALL three (3) tasks within the Campaign Period to qualify for a reward equivalent to USD 15 in Bitcoin. Failure to complete any task will render the participant ineligible for the reward.

4.2 The quantity of Bitcoin rewards shall be calculated based on the USD-to-Bitcoin exchange rate prevailing on the OSL Global platform at the time of distribution. OSL Global reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to apply a conversion rate it reasonably deems appropriate. OSL Global further reserves the right to deduct any associated costs or fees incurred in the conversion process.

5. Reward Distribution

Rewards will be credited to the eligible participant’s OSL Global Account within thirty (30) HK Business Days following verification of task completion. OSL Global reserves the right to delay reward distribution in the event of system maintenance, data validation, or force majeure circumstances.

6. General Terms

6.1 OSL Global has sole and absolute discretion in determining your eligibility to participate in the Campaign and/or receive any rewards under the Campaign. OSL Global may, at its sole and absolute discretion, suspend, vary, amend, withdraw or terminate these Terms at any time without prior notice, including for the avoidance of doubt, suspend, abbreviate or vary the Campaign Period.

6.2 Residents and citizens of the People's Republic of China, the United States of America, and any other jurisdiction where such participation is prohibited by applicable laws and regulations are expressly barred, and OSL Global retains the unfettered right to amend, interpret, and enforce these eligibility criteria at its sole discretion without prior notice.

6.3 In no event shall OSL Global be obligated to award anything other than that specified herein. The data and validation for this Campaign shall be based on OSL Global’s records, and OSL Global retains the exclusive right to the final decision. OSL Global reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or revoke the eligibility of any participant from this Campaign if the participant is found to have engaged in improper actions, including but not limited to, maliciously claiming rewards, using automated means to execute the Eligible Transactions, falsifying or misreporting data, exploiting platform vulnerabilities, or utilizing technological methods to obtain undue benefits.

6.4 In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.

7. Communication Disclaimer

OSL Global disclaims all liability for the inability of a participant to participate, connect, comment or communicate with OSL Global during the Campaign due to equipment malfunction, inadvertent disconnections, acts beyond OSL Global’s reasonable control. OSL Global disclaims all liability for any delays, mis-delivery, loss, or failure in the transmission or delivery of any item sent by electronic means or any other delivery method in connection with the Campaign.

8. Use of Personal Information

By participating in the Campaign, to the extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations, all participants agree that OSL Global may collect, use, process, retain or transfer any of their personal information, account details, feedback or comments and likenesses collected through the Campaign (“Participants’ Information”) for the purpose in connection with the operation of the Campaign, analysis of marketing strategy and other similar purposes. Participants’ Information may be further disclosed or transferred by OSL Global to any other third parties who are in connection with the operation of the Campaign. Before participating in the Campaign, the participant should have read and agreed to OSL Global’s Privacy Policy available on the website: https://www.osl.com/privacyPolicy

By participating in the Campaign, each participant waives all claims of liability against OSL Global, its employees and agents, the sponsors and their respective employees and agents, for any loss which may occur from the conduct of, or participation in, the Campaign, or from the use of any withdrawals.

9. Taxes

Participants are solely responsible for reporting, withholding, and paying any applicable taxes related to the rewards received and for any expenses associated with the use of the rewards not specifically provided for by OSL Global.

10. Disclaimers

This Campaign shall not, under any circumstances, be construed as financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice, or a solicitation, recommendation, or offer to sell or subscribe to any securities or financial instruments. Nothing contained herein shall form the basis of any contract or commitment. Additionally, this Campaign is not intended to provide tax, legal, or accounting advice. You should consult your own tax, legal and accounting advisors before engaging in any financial transactions. 本條款與細則（「本條款」）適用於由 OSL Global （「我們」）主辦的「新人比特幣獎勵」推廣活動（「本活動」）。參加者（「您」）參與本活動即表示已閱讀、明白並同意受本條款、《 OSL Global客戶條款與細則》及《OSL Global 私隱政策》（合稱「協議」）所約束，並構成對雙方具約束力之協議。

1. 定義

就本條款而言，除文義另有所指外，下列詞語具有以下含義：

  • 「香港營業日」 指並非星期六、星期日、香港《公眾假期條例》（第149章）所指之公眾假期，或於香港時間上午九時至下午五時期間懸掛八號或以上熱帶氣旋警告信號、或黑色暴雨警告信號（如於當日上午十一時五十九分前懸掛，且未於中午十二時前取消）之任何日子。
  • 「新用戶」 指於活動期限內首次註冊開立 OSL Global 帳戶，並成功完成包括「了解您的客戶」（Know-Your-Customer，簡稱 KYC）在內之所有驗證程序之個人。
  • 「OSL Global」 指由 OSL AU Pty Ltd 以「OSL Global」品牌經營之數碼資產交易平台，包括其附屬公司及關聯實體（如適用）。
  • 「美元」或「USD」 指美國的法定貨幣。

2. 活動期限

本活動將於2025 年 11 月3日（世界協調時間）開始，並於2026 年 2 月 28 日（世界協調時間）結束（「活動期限」）。

3. 參加資格

3.1 本活動僅開放予符合以下所有條件之個人參加者：

  • 參加時年滿十八（18）歲；
  • 已同意及接受本條款；及
  • 已持有有效並通過驗證之 OSL Global 帳戶，並完成所有包括 KYC之必要身份核實程序。

3.2 機構客戶概不符合參加資格。

3.3 參加者不得從事任何欺詐、誤導或操控性行為（包括但不限於建立多個帳戶以獲取不正當利益）。

3.4 參加者須確保遵守所有適用的當地法律、法規及與虛擬資產交易相關之任何限制。

OSL Global 保留全權酌情權，如參加者被發現違反本條款，可拒絕其參與或撤銷其資格。

4. 獎勵條件

4.1 參加者須於活動期限內完成以上全部三項任務，方可獲得等值 15 美元比特幣之獎勵。未能完成任何一項任務者，將喪失全部獎勵資格。

4.2 比特幣獎勵數量將根據發放時OSL Global 平台上美元兌比特幣的匯率計算。OSL Global 保留自行決定採用其認為合理合適匯率的權利。OSL Global 也保留扣除兌換過程中產生的任何相關成本或費用的權利。

5. 獎勵發放

符合資格之參加者，其獎勵將於完成任務驗證後30個香港營業日內，發放至其 OSL Global帳戶。如因系統維護、數據驗證或不可抗力情況導致延遲，OSL Global 保留延後發放之權利，恕不另行通知。

6. 一般條款

6.1 OSL Global 擁有唯一及絕對酌情權，決定您是否有資格參與本活動及/或獲得任何獎勵。OSL Global可自行決定隨時暫停、更改、修改、撤回或終止本條款，無需事先通知，包括暫停、縮短或更改活動期限。

6.2 在任何情況下， OSL Global均無義務授予除本文規定以外的任何獎勵。本活動的資料和驗證應以OSL Global的記錄為準， OSL Global保留最終決定權。如果發現參與者有不當行為，包括但不限於惡意領取獎勵、使用自動化手段執行合格交易、偽造或誤報資料、利用平台漏洞或利用技術手段獲取不當利益， OSL Global保留自行決定暫停或撤銷任何參與者參與本活動的資格。

6.3 如本條款的英文版本與中文版本有任何差異或不一致，應以英文版本為準。

7. 通訊免責聲明

如因設備故障、網絡中斷或其他非 OSL Global 所能合理控制之因素，導致參加者無法參與、連線、留言或與OSL Global 溝通，OSL Global概不承擔任何責任。

對於任何因電子方式或其他傳送方式所產生之延誤、誤遞、遺失或傳輸失敗，OSL Global 概不負責。

8. 個人資料之使用

於法律及監管許可範圍內，參加者同意 OSL Global 可就本活動收集、使用、處理、保存或轉移其個人資料、帳戶資料、回饋意見及肖像（「參加者資料」），以作活動運作、市場分析及相關用途。OSL Global 並可將參加者資料披露或轉交予與本活動運作有關之第三方。參加前，參加者應已閱讀並同意 OSL Global 私隱政策（可於以下網址查閱：https://www.osl.com/privacyPolicy）。

參加本活動即表示參加者放棄對 OSL Global、其僱員、代理人及贊助商等，就因參與本活動或使用獎勵而引起或導致之任何損失，提出任何索償或責任主張之權利。

9. 稅務責任

參加者須自行負責申報、預扣及繳納因領取獎勵所產生之任何稅項，以及因使用獎勵而產生且非 OSL Global 特別提供之相關費用。

10. 免責聲明

在任何情況下，本活動均不應被視為財務、法律、稅務或會計建議，或任何證券或金融工具的招攬、推薦或出售或認購要約。本活動中的任何內容均不構成任何合約或承諾的依據。此外，本活動不旨在提供稅務、法律或會計建議。在進行任何財務交易之前，您應諮詢您自己的稅務、法律和會計顧問。在進行任何投資之前，您應確保您已閱讀並同意 OSL Global客戶條款和條件、風險揭露聲明、產品揭露以及 OSL Global網站上提供的其他揭露文件。

Terms and Conditions for the "Bitcoin For Every Day" Campaign

These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern the "Bitcoin For Every Day" Campaign (the “Campaign”) organised by OSL AU PTY LTD (“OSLAU”, “we”, or “us”). By participating in this Campaign, participants (“you”, “your”) acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms, the OSLAU Client Terms and Conditions , and the OSL Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Agreements”), which together form a legally binding agreement.

1. Campaign Period

1.1 The Campaign shall commence at 10:00 (UTC) on 24 July 2025 and continue until 15:59 (UTC) on 31 December 2025 (the “Promotion Period”), unless otherwise amended, suspended, or terminated by OSLAU at its sole and absolute discretion.


2. Eligibility

2.1 To participate in the Campaign, you must:

  • Be an individual client of OSLAU (institutional clients are excluded);
  • Be at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of participation;
  • Hold only one (1) verified OSLAU account. Multiple accounts under the same identity will be disqualified.

2.2 The Campaign is not available to Early Bird VIP users, as determined by OSLAU.

2.3 Only trades meeting all of the following criteria (“Eligible Trades”) will be counted:

(a) Executed via Flash Trade (RFQ) only;

(b) Trading Volume shall not apply to any trading volume derived from transactions involving the USD/USDC trade pair, in either direction.

(c) In digital asset pairs designated by OSLAU;

(d) Conducted through the participant’s own verified OSLAU account;

(e) Fully comply with the Client Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

2.4 OSLAU reserves the right to define or interpret Eligible Trades, amend conditions, or disqualify Participants or transactions that it deems harmful to the fairness or spirit of the Campaign.

3. Reward Conditions

3.1 Participants who meet the conditions will receive cashback in Bitcoin (BTC) based on their monthly Qualifying Trading Volume:

Cashback Rate：0.15% of monthly Qualifying Trading Volume

Monthly Cap：USD 300 equivalent of cashback per calendar month

Minimum Trading Requirement：USD 500 equivalent of Qualifying Trading Volume per calendar month

3.2 “Qualifying Trading Volume” refers to the aggregate notional USD value of all Eligible Trades executed during each calendar month of the Promotion Period.

3.3 The quantity of Bitcoin rewards will be calculated based on the USD to Bitcoin exchange rate available on the OSLAU platform at the time of distribution. OSLAU reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to apply a conversion rate it reasonably deems appropriate. OSLAU further reserves the right to deduct any associated costs or fees incurred in the conversion process.

Rewards will be distributed on a monthly basis, within thirty (30) business days following the end of each calendar month and verification of eligibility.
