OSL Global Free Fiat Withdrawal Voucher Campaign - Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions (the "Terms") govern the "OSL Global Free Fiat Withdrawal Voucher" Campaign (the "Campaign") organized by OSL Global ("OSL", "we", "our", or "us"). By participating in this Campaign, each participant ("you", "your", or "participant") acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms, the OSL Global Client Terms and Conditions, and the OSL Global Privacy Policy, which together form a legally binding agreement.
1. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
"New User" means an individual who registers for an OSL Global account ("OSL Global Account") for the first time during the Campaign Period (defined below) and who successfully completes all the required verification procedures, including Know-Your-Customer (“KYC”) verification, to ensure eligibility for participation.
"OSL Global" means the digital asset trading platform operated by OSL AU Pty Ltd, operating under and using the "OSL Global" brand, together with its affiliates and subsidiaries, as applicable.
"USD" means the United States Dollar, which is the official currency of the United States of America.
"Withdrawal Fee Waiver Voucher" means a voucher issued to eligible participants allowing them to waive fiat withdrawal fees up to a specified amount, as determined by these Terms, during the Campaign Period.
2. Campaign Period
The Campaign begins on 28 September 2025 (UTC) and concludes on 30 June 2026 (UTC) (the "Campaign Period").
3. Eligibility
3.1 The Campaign is open to individuals who meet all the following criteria:
· Are at least 18 years old at the time of participation;
· Have accepted these Terms; and
· Hold a valid and verified OSL Global Account and have completed all required verification procedures, including KYC, to ensure eligibility for participation.
3.2 Institutional clients are not eligible to participate.
3.3 Participants must not engage in any fraudulent, deceptive or manipulative practices, such as creating multiple accounts, to gain unfair advantages in the Campaign.
3.4 Participants must ensure that they are compliant with all local laws, regulations, and any applicable restrictions related to virtual asset transactions. OSL Global reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse participation or revoke eligibility of any participant is found to be in breach of these Terms.
4. Participation Requirements
4.1 The issuance of the Withdrawal Fee Waiver Voucher will occur under each of the conditions set forth below:
· New User Verification: A participant is required to successfully complete the registration process on the OSL Global platform to be issued with one (1) Withdrawal Fee Waiver Voucher. Such Voucher shall become valid and may be used upon the participant’s successful completion of the KYC verification as a New User on the OSL Global platform.
· BD Channel Participation: A participant who registers as a New User through a designated Business Development channel, using a valid exclusive invitation code, will be eligible to receive three (3) Withdrawal Fee Waiver Vouchers. The system will automatically recognize the exclusive invitation code and issue the vouchers accordingly, subject to successful registration and KYC verification.
· Invitation Program: Subject to the Terms and Conditions of the Invitation Campaign, each Invitee who enters the Inviter’s invitation code at the time of registration and successfully completes the KYC verification process within seven (7) days of registration will be entitled to receive two (2) Withdrawal Fee Waiver Vouchers. The corresponding Inviter will be entitled to receive one (1) Withdrawal Fee Waiver Voucher upon the Invitee meeting the above criteria. The Withdrawal Fee Waiver Vouchers for both the Inviter and the Invitee shall be issued only upon the successful completion of the Invitee’s KYC verification.
Withdrawal Fee Waiver Vouchers will be issued to eligible participants as soon as reasonably practicable upon fulfillment of the conditions specified above. However, participants acknowledge and agree that OSL Global shall not be held liable for any delays in voucher issuance due to technical issues or system malfunctions, or other unforeseen circumstances. By participating in the Campaign, the participant expressly waives all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from such delays.
4.2 Each participant is eligible to receive a maximum of four (4) Withdrawal Fee Waiver Vouchers per calendar month, regardless of the method through which the vouchers are issued, as outlined in the conditions above. Participants who exceed this limit will not be entitled to receive any additional vouchers until the subsequent calendar month. The issuance, distribution, and validity of these vouchers are entirely at the sole discretion of OSL Global, and the Withdrawal Fee Waiver Vouchers are exclusively intended for use within the OSL Global platform. These vouchers are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash or any other form of value, and cannot be substituted or redeemed for any other form of value or consideration.
4.3 Each Withdrawal Fee Waiver Voucher entitles eligible participants to waive fiat withdrawal fees imposed by OSL, up to a maximum of USD 20 per withdrawal. In cases where the actual fiat withdrawal fee is less than USD 20, the voucher will waive the actual fee incurred. The waived fee will be deducted immediately upon processing the withdrawal. For the avoidance of doubt, the Withdrawal Fee Waiver Voucher shall not apply to, and does not cover, any fees, charges, or deductions imposed by the remitting bank, any intermediary bank, the receiving bank, or any other third-party service provider, all of which shall remain the sole responsibility of the participant.
4.4 The Withdrawal Fee Waiver Voucher will be valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issuance, provided that the voucher’s validity does not extend beyond the conclusion of the Campaign Period. It is the responsibility of the participant to ensure that their voucher is utilized within this validity period. Any unused Withdrawal Fee Waiver Voucher will automatically expire at the end of the validity period, and no extension, reissuance, or renewal of the voucher will be granted.
4.5 The Withdrawal Fee Waiver Voucher may only be applied to fiat withdrawals of a minimum amount of USD 200. Withdrawals below this threshold will not qualify for the waiver. Each participant is permitted to use only one (1) voucher per withdrawals. Vouchers may not be combined for a single withdrawal. The voucher is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be sold, assigned, or otherwise transferred to any third party.
4.6 If the participant holds multiple vouchers, the system will automatically prioritize the voucher that is closest to its expiration date within the validity period. This prioritization shall be applied in a manner determined solely and absolutely by OSL Global, and participants acknowledge that no exceptions or adjustments will be made to this process under any circumstances.
5. Withdrawal Failure and Handling
5.1 Failure Due to User or Bank Fault: In the event that a withdrawal fails due to errors or issues attributable to the participant or their bank, including but not limited to, incorrect user information, bank rejection, account restrictions, or any other factors within the participant’s control, the withdrawal fee shall not be refunded, and the Withdrawal Fee Waiver Voucher shall not be reissued. The participant shall bear sole and full responsibility for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all withdrawal details and acknowledges that OSL Global shall have no liability for any such errors or failures.
5.2 Failure Due to User Cancellation Without Manual Review: In the event that a participant cancels their withdrawal request prior to the completion of manual review by OSL Global, no withdrawal fee shall be incurred. The corresponding Withdrawal Fee Waiver Voucher will be returned to the participant. Should the Withdrawal Fee Waiver Voucher not have expired, it shall remain valid for use within its original validity period. However, if the Withdrawal Fee Waiver Voucher has expired, it shall not be subject to reissuance or extension, and the participant shall forfeit any remaining benefits or entitlements associated with the Withdrawal Fee Waiver Voucher. The participant shall bear sole and full responsibility for ensuring the timely processing of their withdrawal request. OSL Global shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from the participant’s cancellation or any failure to complete the withdrawal process.
5.3 Failure Due to Platform or System Error: In the event that a withdrawal fails due to technical issues or errors within the OSL Global platform, including but not limited to system malfunctions, network failures, or other unforeseen platform-related issues, no withdrawal fees shall be charged, and the participant’s Withdrawal Fee Waiver Voucher shall be returned. If the original Withdrawal Fee Waiver Voucher has expired, OSL Global may, at its sole discretion, reissue a new voucher, which shall be valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issuance, provided that the new validity period does not extend beyond the conclusion of the Campaign Period. The reissued voucher will be subject to the same terms and conditions as the original voucher, and the participant acknowledges and agrees that no further reissuances or extensions shall be granted under any circumstances.
5.4 OSL Global shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or failure to perform arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure events, network disruptions, third-party service failures, or technical malfunctions on the platform. In the event of a failure due to such issues, OSL Global may, at its sole discretion, take corrective actions, including but not limited to, the reissuance of a Withdrawal Fee Waiver Voucher, as described in Clause 5.3, but is under no obligation to do so. Any corrective action, including voucher reissuance, will be subject to availability and the sole discretion of OSL Global.
6. General Terms
6.1 Participants acknowledge and agree that the total number of Withdrawal Fee Waiver Vouchers available under the Campaign is limited and subject to availability, as determined solely by OSL Global. OSL Global reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine participant eligibility, issue vouchers, and manage all aspects of the Campaign. OSL Global retains the right to suspend, modify, amend, or terminate the Campaign, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without prior notice.
6.2 Residents and citizens of the People's Republic of China, the United States of America, and any other jurisdiction where such participation is prohibited by applicable laws and regulations are expressly barred, and OSL Global retains the unfettered right to amend, interpret, and enforce these eligibility criteria at its sole discretion without prior notice.
6.3 OSL Global is not liable for any loss or damage, including direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Campaign or the use of any vouchers, including but not limited to technical failures, delays, or disruptions in the issuance of vouchers.
6.4 All determinations regarding the validity of voucher claims, eligibility, and compliance with the Terms shall be final, conclusive, and binding. Participants agree that such determinations are not subject to appeal, and OSL Global shall have no further obligations or liabilities in relation to such determinations.
6.5 OSL Global reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or revoke the eligibility of any participant from this Campaign if the participant is found to have engaged in improper actions, including but not limited to, fraudulent activities, misrepresentation, or any attempts to manipulate the Campaign.
7. Communication Disclaimer
OSL Global disclaims all liability for the inability of a participant to participate, connect, comment or communicate with OSL Global during the Campaign due to equipment malfunction, inadvertent disconnections, acts beyond OSL Global’s reasonable control. OSL Global disclaims all liability for any delays, mis-delivery, loss, or failure in the transmission or delivery of any item sent by electronic means or any other delivery method in connection with the Campaign.
8. Use of Personal Information
By participating in the Campaign, to the extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations, all participants agree that OSL Global may collect, use, process, retain or transfer any of their personal information, account details, feedbacks or comments and likenesses collected through the Campaign ("Participants’ Information") for the purpose in connection with the operation of the Campaign, analysis of marketing strategy and other similar purposes. Participants’ Information may be further disclosed or transferred by OSL Global to any other third parties who are in connection with the operation of the Campaign. Before participating in the Campaign, the participant should have read and agreed to OSL Global’s Privacy Policy available on the website: https://www.osl.com/privacyPolicy.
By participating in the Campaign, each participant waives all claims of liability against OSL Global, its employees and agents, the sponsors and their respective employees and agents, for any loss which may occur from the conduct of, or participation in, the Campaign, or from the use of any withdrawals.
9. Taxes
Participants are solely responsible for reporting, withholding, and paying any applicable taxes related to the vouchers received and for any expenses associated with the use of the vouchers not specifically provided for by OSL Global.
10. Disclaimer
This Campaign shall not, under any circumstances, be construed as financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice, or a solicitation, recommendation, or offer to sell or subscribe to any securities or financial instruments. Nothing contained herein shall form the basis of any contract or commitment. Additionally, this Campaign is not intended to provide tax, legal, or accounting advice. You should consult your own tax, legal and accounting advisors before engaging in any financial transactions. Before making any investment, you should ensure that you have read and agreed to the OSL Global Client Terms and Conditions, Risk Disclosure Statement, Product Disclosure, and other disclosure documents available on the OSL Global website.

本条款细则（以下简称“本条款”）适用于由 OSL Global（以下简称“OSL”、“我们”或“本公司”）组织的OSL Global 法币提现费减免活动（以下简称“本活动”）。凡参与本活动的个人（以下简称“您”或“参与者”）即视为已确认并同意受本条款、OSL Global 条款及细则和OSL Global 隐私政策之约束，上述文件共同构成对您具有法律约束力之协议。
1. 定义
在本条款中，下列定义适用：
新用户是指在活动期间首次注册 OSL Global 账户（“OSL Global 账户”），并成功完成包括“了解你的客户”（KYC）验证在内的所有必要验证程序的个人。新用户方可获得参与本活动的资格。
OSL Global是指由 OSL AU Pty Ltd 运营并使用“OSL Global”品牌的数字资产交易平台，以及其附属公司和子公司。

2. 活动期间
本活动自 2025 年 9 月 28 日（UTC）起至 2026 年 6 月 30 日（UTC）止（以下简称“活动期间”）。
3. 活动参与资格
3.1 本活动仅对符合以下条件的个人开放：
· 参加活动时已年满 18 周岁；
· 已接受本条款之约束；
· 持有有效且已验证的 OSL Global 账户，并完成包括 KYC 在内的所有必要验证程序。
3.2 机构客户不具备本次活动的参与资格。
3.3 参与者不得从事任何针对 OSL Global或本活动的欺诈、虚假或操纵行为，包括但不限于恶意注册多个账户或提供不实信息。
3.4 参与者须确保遵守所有与虚拟资产交易相关的当地法律、法规及适用限制。若发现参与者违反本条款，OSL Global 有权拒绝或撤销其参与资格。
4. 参与要求
4.1 提现手续费抵扣券的发放条件如下：
· 新用户注册：新用户须在 OSL Global 平台成功完成注册，并通过KYC验证后，方可获发一（1）张提现手续费抵扣券。该抵扣券自参与者完成新用户 KYC 验证之时起生效并可使用。
· 商务拓展渠道注册：通过指定商务拓展渠道并使用有效专属邀请码注册的新用户，经成功完成注册 KYC 验证后，方可获发三（ 3） 张提现手续费抵扣券。本公司系统将自动识别专属邀请码，并在满足上述条件后发放相应抵扣券。
· 邀请计划：根据邀请活动的条款，被邀请人在注册时输入邀请人的邀请码，并在注册之日起七（7）日内完成KYC验证的，可获发二（2）张提现手续费抵扣券。对应的邀请人，在被邀请人满足上述条件后，可获发一（1）张提现手续费抵扣券。上述抵扣券仅在被邀请人成功完成 KYC 验证后方予发放。
符合条件的参与者在满足上述条件后，将于合理可行的时间内获发提现手续费抵扣券。但参与者确认并同意，如因技术问题、系统故障或其他不可预见的情况导致抵扣券发放延迟，OSL Global 概不承担任何责任。参与者一经参与本活动，即明确放弃因该等延迟而产生的任何主张、损害赔偿或其他责任追究。
4.2 每位参与者于每一自然月内最多可获发四（4）张提现手续费抵扣券。超过该数量限制的参与者，将不得在该自然月内再获发额外抵扣券，直至下一自然月方可再次领取。抵扣券的发放、分配及其效力均由 OSL Global 全权决定。抵扣券仅限于在 OSL Global 平台使用，不得转让、买卖、兑换现金或其他形式之对价，亦不得以任何方式替代或兑换为其他价值。
4.3 每张提现手续费抵扣券可供符合条件的参与者抵扣 OSL Global 收取的单笔法币提现手续费，抵扣金额最高不超过二十（20）美元。如实际手续费低于二十（20）美元，则抵扣金额以实际产生的手续费为限，不得超过该实际费用。相关费用将在提现处理时即时抵扣。为免生疑义，抵扣券不适用于且不涵盖汇出行、中间行、收款行或任何第三方服务提供商所收取的费用，上述费用均由参与者自行全额承担。
4.4 提现手续费抵扣券自发放之日起三十（30）日内有效，但其有效期不得延续至活动结束日期之后。参与者应自行负责在有效期内使用该抵扣券。任何未于有效期内使用的抵扣券将自动失效，且不予延期、补发或续期。
4.5 提现手续费抵扣券仅适用于单笔提现金额不少于二百（200）美元的交易。低于该金额的提现不符合抵扣条件。每位参与者每次提现仅可使用一（1）张抵扣券，不得合并使用。抵扣券不得转让、买卖、兑换现金，亦不得以任何方式转移给第三方。
4.6 如参与者持有多张抵扣券，系统将在有效期内自动优先使用最接近到期日的抵扣券。该优先顺序完全由 OSL Global 自行决定，且在任何情况下均不得更改或例外处理。
5. 提现失败与处理
5.1 因参与者或银行原因导致失败：如提现因参与者本人或其银行的原因失败，包括但不限于信息填写错误、银行拒绝、账户限制等，相关提现手续费不予退还，抵扣券亦不予补发。该等责任应由参与者自行承担。
5.2 因参与者主动取消交易且未经人工审核：如参与者在提现请求进入人工审核前主动取消，则不收取手续费，相应抵扣券将退回其账户。如该抵扣券未过期，仍可在原有效期内继续使用。如该抵扣券已过期，则不予补发或延长。
5.3 因平台或系统错误导致失败：如提现因 OSL Global 平台的技术故障或系统错误（包括但不限于系统中断、网络故障等）导致失败，则不收取手续费，相应抵扣券将被退回。如该抵扣券已过期，OSL Global 可全权酌情决定是否补发，补发抵扣券自发放之日起三十（30）日内有效，但有效期不得超过本活动结束日期。补发抵扣券之使用须遵循与原券相同之条款与条件。
5.4 不可抗力与第三方因素：如因不可抗力、网络中断、第三方服务故障或其他超出 OSL Global 合理控制范围的原因导致提现失败，OSL Global 不承担任何责任。OSL Global 可自行决定是否采取补救措施，包括但不限于补发抵扣券，但无义务如此。
6. 一般条款
6.1 本活动所涉抵扣券数量有限，其发放、使用及相关管理均由 OSL Global 全权决定。OSL Global 保留随时暂停、修改或终止本活动之权利，恕不另行通知。
6.2 OSL Global 对因参与本活动或使用抵扣券而引起的任何损失或损害（无论直接或间接、附带或衍生）不承担任何责任，包括但不限于因技术故障、延迟或发放中断所造成的损失。
6.3 OSL Global 就抵扣券的有效性、参与资格及是否符合本条款之判定为最终决定，并对所有参与者均具约束力。参与者对此不得提出任何异议或申诉。
6.4 如参与者存在不当行为，包括欺诈、虚假陈述或操纵活动，OSL Global 有权立即暂停或取消其参与资格，并可视情况采取进一步法律措施。
7. 通讯免责条款
因设备故障、意外断线或其他超出 OSL Global 合理控制范围的原因，导致参与者无法参与或与 OSL Global 沟通的，OSL Global 不承担责任。因电子传输或其他传送方式造成的延迟、错误、丢失，OSL Global 概不负责。
8. 个人信息使用
在适用法律允许范围内，参与者同意并授权 OSL Global 收集、使用、处理、保存及传输其个人信息，包括但不限于账户信息、反馈、评论及肖像，用于本活动之运营、市场策略分析及其他相关用途。OSL Global 并可将该等信息披露或传输予与本活动相关之第三方。参与者在参与前应仔细阅读并同意 OSL Global 官网载列的隐私政策: https://www.osl.com/privacyPolicy。
因参与本活动或使用抵扣券而可能产生之任何损失，OSL Global及其雇员、代理人及赞助方概不承担任何责任。
9. 税务事项
参与者应自行负责申报、代扣代缴及支付因获取或使用抵扣券而产生的任何适用税费，以及与使用抵扣券相关的所有其他费用，除 OSL Global 明确承担者外。
10. 免责声明
本活动不构成任何财务、法律、税务或会计建议，亦不构成证券或金融产品的销售、要约、推荐及承诺。本活动内容不应作为任何合同或承诺的依据。参与者在进行任何投资或金融交易前，应自行咨询独立的税务、法律及会计顾问，并确认已阅读并同意 OSL Global 网站上的条款及细则、风险披露声明、产品披露等文件。
11. 语言适用条款
如本条款的中文版本与英文版本之间存在任何歧义、差异或冲突，应以英文版本为准。英文版本应被视为具有最终的法律效力与法律约束力。
