Global Pro Trade Bug Bounty Campaign - Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern the Global Pro Trade Bug Bounty Campaign (the “Campaign”) organized by OSL Global (“OSL”, “we”, or “us”). By participating in this Campaign, participants (“you”, “your”) acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms, the OSL Client Terms and Conditions, and the OSL Privacy Policy, which together form a legally binding agreement.
- Definitions
For the purpose of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:
“OSL Global” means the digital asset trading platform operated by OSL AU Pty Ltd, operating under and using the “OSL Global” brand, together with its affiliates and subsidiaries, as applicable.
“Pro Trade” means the exchange trading function on the OSL Global.
- Campaign Period
The Campaign begins on September 5 2025 (HKT), and concludes on September 19 2025 (HKT) (the “Campaign Period”).
- Eligibility
The Campaign is open to individuals who meet all the following criteria:
Are at least 18 years old at the time of participation;
Have accepted these Terms; and
Hold a valid OSL global account (“OSL Global Account”), and complete all verification procedures, including Know-Your-Customer (KYC), to receive any rewards. Institutional clients are not eligible to participate.
- Participation Requirements
To participate in the Campaign, participants are required to submit bug reports exclusively through the official Bug Bounty submission form and provide all required information as specified in the form. Each submission must include a clear and detailed description of the bug identified on OSL Global Pro Trade, supporting evidence sufficient to allow OSL to investigate and validate the bug, and the participant’s OSL Global account ID and email address.
Reports must be submitted within the Campaign Period to be considered valid.
- Reward Conditions
OSL reserves the sole and absolute discretion to determine whether a reward shall be granted for any bug report, as well as the amount of any such reward. Where OSL determines, in its sole and absolute discretion, that a reward is payable, the reward amount shall range from USDT 30 to USDT 100, depending on the severity and impact of the reported issue.The cumulative reward limit for a single participant is set at USDT 500. OSL shall have no obligation to pay any rewards exceeding this limit, and any determination by OSL regarding the total rewards payable to a participant shall be final and binding.Each participant is permitted to have only one OSL Global account. In the event that multiple accounts are maintained by a user, their eligibility will be disqualified.Only the first valid submission of each distinct bug shall be eligible for a reward. Repeated, duplicate, or substantially similar reports of the same bug shall not entitle the participant to any additional or duplicate rewards, and OSL shall have sole and absolute discretion to determine whether a submission is a duplicate or substantially similar.Participants who submit detailed bugs with complete reproduction steps and attachments will receive priority for review and higher rewards. Participants are encouraged to submit critical bugs that have significant security implications.Rewards are non-transferable, non-assignable, and cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or substituted for cash or any other form of consideration. In the event that a selected participant fails to successfully open an OSL Global Account, or if such account is subsequently closed or suspended in accordance with OSL’s internal policies, OSL shall bear no liability or obligation to provide the reward or any form of compensation.OSL’s determinations regarding bug validity, reward allocation, and participant eligibility shall be final, conclusive, and binding, and shall not be subject to appeal or review.
- Reward Distribution
Rewards will be credited to the OSL Global Account of participants deemed by OSL, in its sole and absolute discretion, to be eligible for a reward, within 30 days following the end of the Campaign Period and verification of the reported bug(s).
- General Terms
OSL has sole and absolute discretion in determining your eligibility to participate in the Campaign and/or receive any rewards under the Campaign. OSL may, at its sole and absolute discretion, suspend, vary, amend, withdraw, or terminate these Terms at any time without prior notice, including for the avoidance of doubt, suspend, abbreviate or vary the Campaign Period.OSL is not obligated to award anything other than that specified herein. The data and validation for this Campaign shall be based on OSL’s records, and OSL retains the exclusive right of final decision. OSL reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to suspend or revoke the eligibility of any participant from this Campaign if the participant is found to have engaged in improper actions, including but not limited to, maliciously claiming rewards, using automated means to execute the eligible transactions, falsifying or misreporting data, exploiting platform vulnerabilities, or utilizing technological methods to obtain undue benefits.
- Communication Disclaimer
OSL disclaims all liability for the inability of a participant to participate, connect, comment or communicate with OSL during the Campaign due to equipment malfunction, inadvertent disconnections, acts beyond OSL’s reasonable control. OSL disclaims all liability for any delays, mis-delivery, loss, or failure in the transmission or delivery of any item sent by electronic means or any other delivery method in connection with the Campaign.
- Use of Personal Information
By participating in the Campaign, to the extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations, all participants agree that OSL may collect, use, process, retain or transfer any of their information, account details, feedbacks or comments and likenesses collected through the Campaign (“Participants’ Information”) for the purpose in connection with the operation of the Campaign, analysis of marketing strategy and other similar purposes. Participant’s Information may be further disclosed or transferred by OSL to any other third parties who are in connection with the operation of the Campaign. Before participating in the Campaign, the participant should have read and agreed to OSL’s Privacy Policy available on the website https://www.osl.com/privacyPolicy.
By participating in the Campaign, each participant waives any and all claims of liability against OSL, its employees and agents, the sponsors and their respective employees and agents, for any loss which may occur from the conduct of, or participant in, the Campaign, or from the use of any rewards.
- Taxes
Each participant is solely responsible for reporting, withholding, and paying any and all applicable taxes related to the reward(s) and paying any expenses associated with any reward which are not specifically provided for by OSL.
- Disclaimer
This Campaign shall not, under any circumstances, be construed as financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice, or a solicitation, recommendation, or offer to sell or subscribe to any securities or financial instruments. Nothing contained herein shall form the basis of any contract or commitment. Additionally, this Campaign is not intended to provide tax, legal, or accounting advice. You should consult your own tax, legal and accounting advisors before engaging in any financial transactions.
