Terms and Conditions of the OSL Digital Securities Recurring Buy Campaign
These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern the Consistent Buys & Growth Campaign (the “Campaign”) organised by OSL Digital Securities Limited (“OSLDS”, “we”, or “us”). By participating in this Campaign, participants (“you”, “your”) acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms, the OSLDS Client Terms and Conditions, the OSL Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Agreements”) and the OSLDS Recurring Buy Terms and Conditions, which together form a legally binding agreement.
1. Definition of Recurring Buy
2. Campaign Period
2.1 The Campaign begins at 09:00 (HKT) on 22 September 2025 (HKT) and ends at 23:59 on 31 December 2025 (the “Promotion Period”), unless amended or terminated earlier at the sole discretion of OSLDS.
3. Eligibility
3.1 Participants must be residents of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“Hong Kong”) and must provide valid and verifiable proof of residential address located within Hong Kong as part of the onboarding process. Participants residing outside of Hong Kong are ineligible to participate.
3.2 Participants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of participation.
3.3 Each participant is permitted to hold only one (1) OSLDS account. Multiple accounts registered under the same individual will result in disqualification from the Campaign.
3.4 This Campaign is available exclusively to individual clients, excluding institutional clients.
3.5 This Campaign applies only to participants who have activated the Recurring Buy feature.
4. Reward Conditions
4.1 Eligibility for Reward
To be eligible to receive any reward under this Campaign, a participant must satisfy all of the conditions set forth below (the “Successful Participation Criteria”).
A. Initial Recurring Buy
The cumulative amount of Recurring Buy executed during September and October 2025 shall be no less than HKD1,000.
B. Subsequent Recurring Buy
The amount of Recurring Buy for each of November and December 2025 shall be no less than HKD1,000 per month.
C. Holding Requirement
Participants shall maintain all Recurring Buy assets in their OSLDS account until 31 December 2025, 00:00 UTC+8. Any sale, withdrawal, or transfer of such assets prior to this date shall result in automatic disqualification from receiving the reward.
D. Reward Cap
Only the first one thousand (1,000) participants who satisfy the Successful Participation Criteria shall be eligible for the reward. Eligibility shall be determined on a first-come, first-served basis.
E. Eligible Transaction Type
Only transactions executed via Flash Trade shall qualify towards the Successful Participation Criteria.
F. Eligible Trading Pairs
Only the following trading pairs shall be eligible: HKD/BTC, HKD/ETH, HKD/SOL, USD/BTC, USD/ETH, USD/SOL.
G. Compliance with Terms
Participants shall comply with all applicable terms and conditions of this Campaign, the Recurring Buy Terms and Conditions, and any other rules, policies, or guidelines prescribed by OSLDS from time to time.
4.2 Reward Amount and Form
Participants who satisfy the Successful Participation Criteria will receive a HKD100 equivalent reward in BTC. The quantity of the Bitcoin rewards will be calculated based on the Hong Kong dollar (HKD) to Bitcoin exchange rate available on the OSLDS platform at the time of distribution. OSLDS reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to apply a conversion rate it reasonably deems appropriate. OSLDS further reserves the right to deduct any associated costs or fees incurred in the conversion process. Rewards are non-transferable, non-assignable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other assets.
4.3 Reward Distribution
BTC rewards will be credited to eligible participants’ OSLDS accounts within thirty (30) business days following the end of the Promotion Period and fulfillment of all Successful Participation Criteria.
OSLDS reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to withhold or revoke any reward if it determines that a participant has breached any terms of the Campaign, engaged in fraudulent activity, or violated applicable laws or regulations.
5. General Terms
5.1 OSLDS has sole and absolute discretion in determining your eligibility to participate in the Campaign and / or receive any rewards under the Campaign. OSLDS may, at its sole and absolute discretion, suspend, vary, amend, withdraw or terminate these Terms at any time without prior notice, including for the avoidance of doubt, suspend, abbreviate or vary the campaign period.
5.2 In no event shall OSLDS be obligated to award anything other than that specified herein. The data and validation for this Campaign shall be based on OSLDS’s records, and OSLDS retains the exclusive right of final decision. OSLDS reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or revoke the eligibility of any participant from this Campaign if the participant is found to have engaged in improper actions, including but not limited to, maliciously claiming rewards, using automated means to execute the Eligible Transactions, falsifying or misreporting data, exploiting platform vulnerabilities, or utilizing technological methods to obtain undue benefits.
5.3 In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.
6. Disclaimers
This Campaign shall not, under any circumstances, be construed as financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice, or a solicitation, recommendation, or offer to sell or subscribe to any securities or financial instruments. Nothing contained herein shall form the basis of any contract or commitment. Additionally, this Campaign is not intended to provide tax, legal, or accounting advice. You should consult your own tax, legal and accounting advisors before engaging in any financial transactions. 本條款及條件（「條款」）適用於由 OSL數字證券有限公司（「OSLDS」、「我們」或「本公司」）組織的持續買進 加密定投 （「活動」）。參與本活動即表示參與者（「您」或「您的」）承認並同意受這些條款、OSLDS 客戶條款及條件, OSL 隱私政策 以及OSL 數字證券有限公司定投條款與細則（統稱為「協議」）的約束，這些協議共同構成具有法律效力的協議。

本活動於 2025 年 9 月 22 日 09:00（香港時間）開始，並於 2025 年 12 月 31日 23:59 結束（「促銷期間」），除非 OSLDS 自行決定提前修改或終止。
3. 參與資格
3.1 參與者必須為香港特別行政區（「香港」）的居民，並在開戶過程中提供有效且可驗證的香港住址證明。居住在香港以外地區的參與者無資格參與。
3.2 參與者必須在參與時年滿 18 歲。
3.3 每個參與者僅可擁有一（1）個 OSLDS 帳戶。同一個人註冊多個帳戶將導致活動資格被取消。
3.4 本活動僅向個人客戶開放，不包括機構客戶。
3.5 僅適用於已開通定投功能的用戶。
4. 獎勵獲取條件
4.1 獎勵資格
參與者須符合以下全部條件（「成功參與條件」），方可獲得本活動下的任何獎勵。
A. 首期定投
參與者於 2025 年 9 月及 10 月期間完成的定投累計金額不得少於 HKD1,000。
B. 後續定投
參與者於 2025 年 11 月及 12 月每月完成的定投金額不得少於 HKD1,000。
C. 資產持有要求
參與者須將所有定投資產持有於 OSLDS 帳戶內至 2025 年 12 月 31 日 00:00 UTC+8。若在此日期前出售、提現或轉移資產，將自動失去獲獎資格。
D. 獎勵名額限制
僅首 1,000 名符合成功參與條件的參與者方有資格獲得獎勵，並依先到先得原則確定資格。
E. 合格交易類型
僅透過閃電交易（Flash Trade）執行的交易方可計入成功參與條件。
F. 合格交易對
僅以下交易對方可計入：HKD/BTC、HKD/ETH、HKD/SOL、USD/BTC、USD/ETH、USD/SOL。
G. 遵守條款
參與者須遵守本活動條款、定投服務條款及 OSLDS 不時制定的其他規則、政策或指引。
4.2 獎勵金額及形式
符合成功參與條件的參與者將獲得等值 HKD100 的比特幣獎勵。 比特幣獎勵的數量將根據獎勵發放時 OSLDS 平台上可用的港幣對比特幣的匯率進行計算。OSLDS 保留權利，根據其單獨酌情權，採用其認為合理的兌換匯率。OSLDS 進一步保留權利，在兌換過程中扣除任何相關的費用或費用。獎勵不可轉讓、不可轉售，亦不可兌換現金或其他資產。
4.3 獎勵發放
比特幣獎勵將在促銷期結束及參與者滿足成功參與條件後的三十（30）個工作日內，發放至符合條件的 OSLDS 帳戶。
若 OSLDS 判定參與者違反本活動條款、從事欺詐行為或違反適用法律法規，OSLDS 保留自行決定暫停或取消其獎勵的權利。
5. 一般條款
5.1 OSLDS擁有唯一且絕對的裁量權來決定您是否有資格參加本活動和/或根據本活動獲得任何獎勵。OSLDS可自行決定隨時暫停、更改、修訂、撤回或終止這些條款，且無需事先通知，包括為免疑義，可暫停、縮短或更改活動期間。
5.2 在任何情況下，OSLDS均無義務提供除本條款所述之外的任何獎勵。本活動的數據和驗證應以OSLDS的記錄為準，且OSLDS保留最終決定的專屬權利。如果參與者被發現從事不當行為，包括但不限於惡意索取獎勳、使用自動化手段執行符合條件的交易、偽造或錯誤報告數據、利用平台漏洞或使用技術方法獲取不當利益，OSLDS保留暫停或撤銷該參與者參加本活動資格的權利。
5.3 如果這些條款的英文版與中文版之間有任何差異或不一致，以英文版為準。
