OSL Global Perpetual Trade Soft Launch Challenge

These Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs") govern participation in the OSL Global Perpetual Trade Soft Launch Challenge (the "Campaign"), including the Trading Competition, Bug Bounty Program, and Pre-Launch Exclusive Rewards (collectively, the "Programs"). By enrolling in the Campaign via the official Campaign Page or participating in any Program, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs.
Participants: Open exclusively to registered OSL Global users who have completed KYC verification and obtained whitelist approval.
Restrictions:One OSL account per user; multiple accounts will result in disqualification.Excludes OSL employees, affiliates, and their immediate family members.Participation restricted by jurisdiction; unavailable in prohibited regions (e.g., U.S. residents, sanctioned countries).
Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
Pre-Launch Phase: December 25, 2025 – January 4, 2026
Trading Competition Period: January 5, 2026 – February 8, 2026
Bug Bounty Submission Window: Aligns with Trading Competition Period
Reward Distribution: Within 30 business days after Campaign end, post-verification.
OSL reserves the right to adjust dates or terminate the Campaign with notice.
Enroll via Campaign Page during Pre-Launch Phase.
Achieve cumulative valid trading volume of 50,000 USDC on eligible Perpetual pairs during the Trading Competition Period
Reward: 50 USDC credited automatically upon verification.
Enroll via Campaign Page and become whitelisted. Achieve 100,000 USDC cumulative valid trading volume during the Competition Period.
Valid Volume: Perpetual trades only; All unauthorized activities, including but not limited to self-dealing or collusive wash trades will not be considered as valid trades and will be excluded.
Ranking: Based on cumulative perpetual trading volume during the Competition Period.
Rewards (settled in USDC):

50 USDC each
Submit via designated Google Form or Telegram Group.
Eligibility: Critical bugs impacting Perpetual Trade stability, security, or functionality (financial/business impact, reproducibility required).
Submission Requirements: Title, detailed steps, environment, screenshots/video, OSL Account ID, email, suggested fix.
Rewards (per unique, first-validated submission; max 1,000 USDC total per user):
High - 100 USDC
Medium - 40 USDC
Low 20 USDC
Duplicates rewarded to first submitter only; OSL's assessment final.
Applicable taxes for the Reward are the responsibility of the winner. Rewards are not transferable. No Reward substitutions. No entrant may win more than one of the Rewards. Determinations will be made by us or one of our agents whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this Challenge.
To qualify for the Challenge, an entrant must be 18 years of age and a legal resident of a place where such Challenge is allowed, each as of one (1) day prior to the Challenge Entry Period and continuing throughout the Challenge Entry Period. By entering into the Challenge, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and to accept our decisions as final.
Entrants also agree to indemnify and hold us and each of our parent and subsidiary companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, agents, and employees and all others associated with the development and execution of this Challenge harmless from any and all alleged and/or actual actions, demands, losses, settlements (whether or not litigation is commenced), claims, damages, and liability whatsoever, existing now or in the future, with respect to or in any way arising from this Challenge or participation in any Challenge-related activity and/or delivery/mis-delivery, acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a Reward including any technical malfunction or other problems relating to the telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, or software. Only the stated number of Rewards set forth in these Official Rules will be awarded. If, for any reason, the Challenge is not capable of running as planned due to, but without limitation, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, human or other error, technical failures, or any other causes beyond our control that, in our sole opinion, could corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Challenge, we reserve the right, at or sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Challenge. Any attempt to deliberately damage any portion of this offer or to undermine the legitimate operation of this Challenge is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, we reserve the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution. We reserve the right to disqualify entrants who fail to follow these Official Rules or who make any misrepresentations relative to the Challenge and Reward redemption. The Challenge is void where prohibited by law. We reserve the right to substitute Rewards of equal or greater value. By participating in this Challenge, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and our decisions and any of our representatives or affiliates. All winners, by acceptance of a Reward, agree to release us and our affiliates and advertising, promotional or judging agencies, if applicable, from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses to persons or property.
We may report all Rewards to the appropriate federal, state, and local agencies as required by applicable law. Winners are responsible for all other associated costs in connection with the prize, including tax consequences, if any.
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and us in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of Hong Kong, without regard to choice of law rules.
Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this Challenge, Entrant agrees that (1) any and all disputes, controversy, claims or causes of action arising out of or connected with this Challenge, these Rules or any Rewards awarded, including the formation, interpretation, breach or termination thereof, will be exclusively referred to and finally determined by an arbitration under the Hong Kong International Arbitration Rules. The place of arbitration shall be Hong Kong and the language to be used in the arbitral proceedings shall be English. Judgment upon such arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. The Tribunal shall consist of on arbitrator. Under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorney’s fees, other than entrant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with entering this Challenge), and entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitations or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so a portion of the above may not apply to you. Except where prohibited, by participating in this Challenge, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Challenge, or awarding of the Rewards, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.
This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Google, Google Plus, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Twitter, or YouTube (collectively, the “Social Media Platforms”). Each entrant is providing information to us and not to a specific Social Media Platform. Each entrant hereby releases the Social Media Platforms from any and all liability arising out of or in connection with this Contest.
Residents and citizens of the People’s Republic of China, the United States of America, and any other jurisdiction where such participation is prohibited by applicable laws and regulations are expressly barred from participating in this activity. OSL Global retains the unfettered right to amend, interpret, and enforce these eligibility criteria at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
OSL Global 永續合約交易挑戰賽

本條款與細則（以下稱「本條款」）規範參與 OSL Global 永續合約交易軟啟動挑戰賽（以下稱「本活動」）的條件與規則，包括交易競賽、漏洞懸賞計劃及預啟動獨家獎勵（統稱為「子計劃」）。報名參加本活動或任何子計劃，即表示您同意並遵守本條款。
於預啟動階段透過活動頁面報名。
於交易競賽期間達成累計有效永續合約交易量達50,000 USDC。
獎勵：驗證後自動發放50 USDC。
透過活動頁面報名並通過白名單核准。於競賽期間達成累計有效交易量100,000 USDC。
有效交易量：僅限永續合約交易，不包括任何未經授權之交易；包括但不限於自買自賣或協同虛假交易等行為均不計入並將被排除。
排名：依競賽期間累計有效永續合約交易量排序。
獎勵（以USDC結算）：
🥇 第1–3名：每人4,000 USDC
🥈 第4–10名：每人1,000 USDC
🏅 前100名：每人50 USDC
透過指定的 Google 表單 或 Telegram 群組 提交。
資格：須為影響永續合約交易穩定性、安全性或功能的重大漏洞（需可重現並具商業或財務影響）。
提交要求：標題、重現步驟、執行環境、截圖或影片、OSL帳號ID、電子郵件與建議修正方案。
獎勵（每項首次驗證的唯一提交，單用戶獎勵上限1,000 USDC）：
高危：100 USDC
中危：40 USDC
低危：20 USDC
重複提交僅首位提交者獲獎；OSL評估結果為最終決定。
所有獎勵所涉稅項由得獎者自行承擔。獎勵不可轉讓或替代；每位參賽者僅可獲取一項獎勵。
OSL或其代理之決定為最終且具約束力。
參賽者必須年滿18歲，並為其所在地允許參加本活動的合法居民。報名即表示同意遵守本條款並接受OSL的最終裁定。
參賽者同意賠償並使OSL及其關聯公司、員工及代理人免於任何因參與本活動或領取獎勵而產生的損失、索賠或責任。OSL僅頒發本條款中列明數量的獎勵。
若活動因干擾、欺詐、技術故障或其他非可控制原因導致無法如期進行，OSL有權取消、修改或暫停活動。任何蓄意損害或妨礙本活動運作之行為均屬違法，OSL保留追究法律責任之權利。
本活動於法律禁止之地區無效。OSL保留以等值或更高價值獎勵替代的權利。所有獲獎者同意免除OSL及其合作夥伴或推廣機構之任何責任。
如法律要求，OSL可向相關稅務機關申報獎勵。稅金及其他費用由得獎者自行負擔。
本條款適用香港法律並依其解釋，不涉及法律衝突原則。
除法律禁止外，任何與本活動相關之爭議均應提交香港國際仲裁中心依其仲裁規則進行英語仲裁，仲裁地為香港，仲裁庭由一名仲裁員組成，仲裁裁決可於有管轄權之法院執行。
本活動與Facebook、Google、Instagram、LinkedIn、Pinterest、Twitter或YouTube（以下統稱「社交媒體平台」）無關，亦未獲其贊助或管理。參賽者提交的資料僅提供予OSL，並解除社交媒體平台的一切責任。
中華人民共和國、美利堅合眾國及任何其他依照適用法律法規被禁止參與本活動之司法管轄區的居民與公民，均明確被禁止參與本活動。OSL Global保留全權單方面修改、詮釋及執行上述資格標準之權利，恕不另行通知。

本条款与细则（以下称“本条款”）规范参加 OSL Global 永续合约交易软启动挑战赛（以下简称“本活动”）的条件与规则，包括交易竞赛、漏洞赏金计划及预启动专属奖励（统称为“子计划”）。报名参与本活动或任何子计划，即表示您同意并遵守本条款。
OSL 保留调整日期或提前终止活动的权利，并将通过公告方式通知。
重复提交仅首位提交者可获奖励；OSL 的评估结果为最终结果。
所有奖励的相关税项由获奖者自行承担。奖励不可转让、不可替代；每位参与者最多仅可获得一项奖励。
评审与奖励发放的所有决定均由 OSL 或其代理机构作出，具有最终和约束力。
参与者须年满 18 岁，且为允许参与活动地区的合法居民。参与即代表同意遵守本条款并接受 OSL 的决定为最终裁定。
参与者同意赔偿并使 OSL 及其母公司、子公司、关联公司、董事、职员、代理及员工免于因参与本活动或获取奖励所引发的任何责任、损失或索赔。
OSL 仅颁发本条款中列明的奖励数量。
如因篡改、欺诈、技术故障或其他超出 OSL 控制的原因导致活动无法正常进行，OSL 有权取消、修改或暂停本活动。任何蓄意破坏或干扰活动运作的行为均属违法，OSL 保留依法追究权利。
本活动在法律禁止的地区无效。OSL 保留以等值或更高价值的奖励替代原定奖励的权利。所有获奖者均须同意免除 OSL 及其关联推广机构的任何责任。
OSL 可能根据适用法律向相关税务机关申报奖励金额，所有税务责任及相关费用由获奖者承担。
本条款受香港特别行政区法律管辖并依其解释，不考虑法律冲突原则。
除非法律禁止，任意因本活动或奖励引起的争议将依照香港国际仲裁中心规则进行仲裁，仲裁地为香港，仲裁语言为英文，由独任仲裁员裁决。仲裁裁决可在有管辖权的法院执行。
参与者不得就惩罚性、附带性或间接性损害赔偿提出索赔；仅可索回已实际支付的参赛相关费用。部分司法辖区不允许排除附带或间接性损害赔偿责任，因此上述条款可能不适用于某些参与者。
本活动与 Facebook、Google、Instagram、LinkedIn、Pinterest、Twitter 或 YouTube（统称“社交媒体平台”）无关，亦未获得其赞助或管理。
参与者提供的信息仅交予 OSL，而非任何社交媒体平台。参与者特此免除各社交媒体平台因本活动产生的一切责任。
中华人民共和国、美国及任何其他根据适用法律法规被禁止参与本活动的司法辖区之居民和公民，均明确被禁止参与本活动。OSL Global保留全权单方面修改、解释及执行上述资格标准的权利，且恕不另行通知。
