1. Introduction & Definitions  These Terms and Conditions ("Campaign T&Cs") govern your participation in the Zero Transaction Fee Buy Campaign (the "Campaign") offered by OSL Global ("we," "us," "our"). By activating and/or participating in the Campaign, you ("the User," "you," "your") agree to be bound by these Campaign T&Cs, our general Terms of Service, and all applicable policies.

  • "Campaign" refers to the limited-time promotion offering zero transaction fees on qualifying Buy transactions as specified herein.
  • "Qualifying Assets" are limited to USDT (Tether) and USDC (USD Coin)."
  • Qualifying Function" is the "Buy" function for cryptocurrencies, facilitated through our platform by our third-party service provider, OSL Pay.
  • "Qualifying Users" are defined in Section 3.

2. Campaign Period  

The Campaign is valid from 00:00, December 22, 2025, UTC+8 to 24:00, January 09, 2026, UTC+8 ("Campaign Period"). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign or these T&Cs at any time at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice.

3. Eligibility & Registration Requirements

To be eligible for the zero transaction fee benefit, you must be:

  • A new client of OSL Global who successfully completes account registration and verification during the Campaign Period AND activates the Buy function; or
  • An existing client of OSL Global whose account is in good standing AND who actively activates the Buy function during the Campaign Period (if not previously activated).

General Requirements:

  • Registration and login to a valid OSL Global account is required to participate.
  • Both new and existing users of the third-party service, OSL Pay, are eligible, but a valid OSL Pay account registration is required to use the service.
  • We reserve the right to determine, at our sole discretion, whether a User meets the eligibility criteria.

4. Campaign Scope & Limitations

  • Fee Waiver: The standard transaction fee applied by OSL Global for using the Buy function on Qualifying Assets will be waived for Qualifying Users on transactions executed during the Campaign Period. This waiver is applied instantly (in real-time).
  • Eligible Transactions: The fee waiver applies only to Buy orders for USDT and USDC placed via the Buy function provided by OSL Pay.
  • Campaign Page & Payment Methods: The promotion is limited to transactions initiated on the "Buy Crypto" page. Only transactions completed using the following payment methods are supported: Visa, Mastercard (credit or debit cards), Apple Pay, Google Pay and VietQR.
  • Minimum Transaction: A minimum transaction amount equivalent to 15 USD is required to qualify for the fee waiver.
  • Exclusions: The Campaign DOES NOT apply to:
  • Any Sell, swap, transfer, or any other function besides "Buy."
  • Buys of any digital asset other than USDT and USDC.
  • Any fees, spreads, or charges imposed by OSL Pay, network fees (gas fees), or fees from your financial institution (e.g., bank charges, card fees). The User is solely responsible for all non-OSL Global fees.
  • Transactions that are reversed, failed, or cancelled.

5. Third-Party Service Provider (OSL Pay) Terms

  • The Buy function is powered and provided directly by our third-party partner, OSL Pay ("Service Provider").
  • By using the Buy function, you acknowledge and agree that your transaction is also subject to OSL Pay's own terms, conditions, privacy policy, and fee structure (where applicable), which are entirely separate from our own. We are not a party to your agreement with OSL Pay.
  • You are responsible for reviewing, understanding, and agreeing to OSL Pay's terms available at https://www.osl-pay.com/en/terms.
  • OSL Global is not responsible or liable for any acts, omissions, errors, services, fees (including their spreads or charges), or performance of OSL Pay. Any disputes regarding the execution of the Buy transaction must be directed to OSL Pay in accordance with their terms.

6. General User Responsibilities & Acknowledgements

  • You must comply with all applicable laws and our general Terms of Service.
  • You acknowledge that cryptocurrency markets are volatile. The value of digital assets may fluctuate significantly. OSL Global does not provide financial advice.
  • The availability of the Buy function and the Campaign may be subject to geographical restrictions and regulatory requirements.
  • You agree not to abuse the Campaign, including engaging in fraudulent, manipulative, or abusive conduct (e.g., creating multiple accounts, arbitrage schemes designed solely to exploit the fee waiver). We may claw back fees or suspend/terminate accounts involved in such activities.
  • Residents and citizens of the People's Republic of China, the United States of America, and any other jurisdiction where such participation is prohibited by applicable laws and regulations are expressly barred, and OSL Global retains the unfettered right to amend, interpret, and enforce these eligibility criteria at its sole discretion without prior notice.

7. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

  • THE CAMPAIGN IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS.
  • TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OSL GLOBAL DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE CAMPAIGN, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF FUNDS, PROFITS, OR DATA, OR ANY ISSUES ARISING FROM THE USE OF OSL PAY'S SERVICES.
  • We do not guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation of the Campaign or the Buy function.

8. User Acknowledgement and Agreement  

By activating the Buy function or executing a Buy transaction for Qualifying Assets during the Campaign Period, the User expressly acknowledges and agrees to the following:

  • The User has read, understood, and unconditionally accepts these Campaign T&Cs and all referenced VASP Terms.
  • The User has independently reviewed and agrees to be solely bound by the separate terms and conditions of the third-party service provider, OSL Pay, which governs the Buy function service.
  • The User accepts sole responsibility for determining, monitoring, and complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and tax obligations in their jurisdiction(s) related to their participation in this Campaign and their subsequent acquisition, holding, or disposition of any digital assets.
  • The User fully accepts all risks associated with digital asset transactions, including market volatility, third-party service provider risk, regulatory risk, and the risk of total loss.
  • The act of activation and/or transaction completion constitutes the User's electronic signature and signifies agreement to be legally bound by these terms.

9. Amendments & Termination  

We reserve the right to amend, extend, or terminate this Campaign, or these T&Cs, at any time without prior notice. Continued participation after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution  

These Campaign T&Cs shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bermuda. Any disputes shall be subject to the dispute resolution mechanisms outlined in our general Terms of Service.
