AU PTY LTD Invitation Campaign - Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern the Global Invitation (the “Campaign”) organized by OSL Global (“OSL”, “we”, or “us”). By participating in this Campaign, participants (“you”, “your”) acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms, the OSL Client Terms and Conditions, and the OSL Privacy Policy, which together form a legally binding agreement.

1. Campaign Period

The Campaign shall commence at 15:00 (HKT) on 23 April 2026 and shall continue in effect until 23:59 on 30 June 2026 (the “Promotion Period”), unless otherwise amended or terminated by OSLAU at its sole and absolute discretion.

2. Eligibility

Participants must be natural persons who are residents of jurisdictions approved by OSLAU and must provide valid, current, and independently verifiable documentation evidencing their residential address, as may be required by OSLAU for the purposes of eligibility verification. For the avoidance of doubt, this Campaign is NOT open to residents of any restricted jurisdictions, including but not limited to Canada, the People’s Republic of China, the European Union (EU), the European Economic Area (EEA), India, Israel, Japan, Mexico, the United States of America (including all its territories and possessions), or any other jurisdiction that OSLAU, in its sole and absolute discretion, deems ineligible, restricted, or otherwise unsuitable for participation, whether due to legal, regulatory, compliance, or risk-based considerations. OSLAU reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to verify the residency and eligibility of any participant and to disqualify, exclude, or withhold any reward from any individual who fails to provide satisfactory proof of eligibility or is found to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions, any applicable laws or regulations, or OSLAU’s internal policies and procedures.
Participants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of participation.
Each participant is permitted to hold only one (1) OSLAU account. Multiple accounts registered under the same individual will result in disqualification from the Campaign.
This Campaign is available exclusively to individual clients, excluding institutional clients.
In order to be eligible to participate in the Campaign and receive any associated rewards, all participants must fully and satisfactorily complete all requirements set forth in Sections 3 and 4 of these Terms no later than 23:59 (HKT) on 31 May 2026. Any actions completed after this deadline shall be deemed invalid and shall not be considered for eligibility under the Campaign.

3. Eligible Inviter

To qualify as an Eligible Inviter under this Campaign, the following conditions must be met:

a. The Inviter must have successfully opened and maintained an active OSLAU account prior to or during the Promotion Period. For the avoidance of doubt, the Inviter shall pass all requisite account verification procedures as required by OSLAU, including, but not limited to, KYC checks, identity verification, and any additional requirements as determined by OSLAU.

b. OSLAU will issue a unique invitation code to each Eligible Inviter.

By participating in the Campaign, the Inviter represents, warrants, and covenants that:

a. The Inviter shall not act as an agent or representative of OSLAU, nor shall the Inviter engage in any form of marketing, solicitation, or promotion of OSLAU's services or products in any jurisdiction.

b. The Inviter shall not provide and shall refrain from providing, any form of investment advice, recommendations, opinions, or guidance relating to digital asset dealing, including but not limited to investment strategies, advice on the purchase or sale of digital assets, or related financial instruments, whether directly or indirectly.

c. The Inviter shall not refer any individual to OSLAU as part of a business, commercial, or professional arrangement, nor shall the Inviter engage in any referral activities as a business, enterprise, or regulated activity.

d. When communicating referral codes via text, email, or any other channel, the Inviter shall only contact individuals who have explicitly consented to receive such messages. By sending referral messages, the Inviter attests that the recipient has granted prior consent in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The Inviter agrees to indemnify and hold OSLAU harmless against any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from failure to obtain such consent or any unlawful communications.

e. The Inviter shall not promote their referral code through paid advertising using the terms “OSL” or any OSL-related trademarks, brand names, or keywords, including bidding on such keywords or using them in ad copy. Any violation will result in immediate deactivation of referral privileges and disqualification of any related rewards.

4. Successful Invitation Criteria

A "Successful Invitation" shall be deemed to have occurred when all of the following conditions have been fully satisfied:

a. The Inviter provides their unique invitation code to an individual who has not previously registered an account with OSLAU (hereinafter referred to as the “Invitee”).

b. The Invitee:

i. Inputs the Inviter's invitation code at the time of registration;

ii. Successfully completes all requisite account verification procedures as required by OSLAU, including, but not limited to, KYC checks, identity verification, and any additional requirements as determined by OSLAU; and

iii. Complete all of the following tasks:

(i) Complete cumulative transactions on OSLAU with a minimum total value of USD 1,000 (or its equivalent in other currencies) in Flash Trade, Spot Trade, or Futures Trade (note: Trading Volume shall not include any trading volume derived from 1:1 stablecoin conversions or transactions involving the USD/USDC trade pair in either direction.); and

(ii) Achieve an Account Net Deposit of a minimum of USD 1,000 (or its equivalent in other supported fiat currencies or digital assets) in their account fourteen (14) calendar days after the First Deposit (calculated as Account Net Deposit = Cumulative Deposits since First Deposit − Cumulative Withdrawals).

For the purposes of this Campaign, the term "register" or "registration" shall refer solely to the initial creation of an account with OSLAU via the designated platform or channels. "Registration" shall not include the completion of account verification, KYC checks, or any other additional requirements imposed by OSLAU for regulatory or operational purposes.
By participating in the Campaign, each user (whether an Inviter or Invitee) represents, warrants, and undertakes that they are not, either individually or in concert with others, engaging in any conduct, activity, or practice that may constitute a violation of any applicable criminal, civil, or regulatory laws, including, but not limited to, anti-corruption, anti-money laundering, fraud, or any other general criminal laws or regulations. This includes, without limitation, engaging in activities such as bribery (whether in the form of offering, giving, receiving, soliciting, or inducing unauthorized advantages, rewards, benefits, or inducements) or participating in any form of dishonest, fraudulent, or unlawful conduct.

5. Reward Structure

Inviter

Upon the successful completion of a Successful Invitation, the Eligible Inviter shall be entitled to the following rewards, provided that all conditions specified in the Terms are met:

Each Eligible Inviter may refer up to a maximum of ten (10) Invitees. Any referrals made beyond this limit shall not be eligible for rewards.

Invitee

For each successful invitation, the invitee shall receive USD 10 in Bitcoin.

The quantity of the Bitcoin rewards will be calculated based on the USD to Bitcoin exchange rate available on the OSLAU platform at the time of distribution. OSLAU reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to apply a conversion rate it reasonably deems appropriate. OSLAU further reserves the right to deduct any associated costs or fees incurred in the conversion process.

6. Reward Distribution

OSLAU will distribute the rewards to the accounts of the eligible inviter and invitee within 30 business days following the fulfillment of Successful Invitation criteria. OSLAU reserves the right to delay, withhold, or cancel the distribution of any reward in the event of suspected fraud, abuse, violation of these Terms, non-compliance with regulatory requirements, or for any other reason deemed appropriate by OSLAU in its sole and absolute discretion. OSLAU shall not be liable for any delays, losses, or failures in the distribution of rewards resulting from technical issues, disruptions caused by third-party service providers, or other events beyond its reasonable control.

7. Disqualification

If the invitee fails to meet the registration, deposit, or other conditions as set out herein by the end of the Promotion Period, they will forfeit eligibility for the reward. In such cases, no rewards will be issued.

8. General Terms

OSLAU has sole and absolute discretion in determining your eligibility to participate in the Campaign and / or receive any rewards under the Campaign. OSLAU may, at its sole and absolute discretion, suspend, vary, amend, withdraw or terminate these Terms at any time without prior notice, including for the avoidance of doubt, suspend, abbreviate or vary the campaign period.
Residents and citizens of the People's Republic of China, the United States of America, and any other jurisdiction where such participation is prohibited by applicable laws and regulations are expressly barred, and OSL Global retains the unfettered right to amend, interpret, and enforce these eligibility criteria at its sole discretion without prior notice.
In no event shall OSLAU be obligated to award anything other than that specified herein. The data and validation for this Campaign shall be based on OSLAU’s records, and OSLAU retains the exclusive right of final decision. OSLAU reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or revoke the eligibility of any participant from this Campaign if the participant is found to have engaged in improper actions, including but not limited to, maliciously claiming rewards, using automated means to execute the Eligible Transactions, falsifying or misreporting data, exploiting platform vulnerabilities, or utilizing technological methods to obtain undue benefits.
In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between these Terms and any other information relating to the Campaign (including, but not limited to, marketing materials, promotional content, or third-party communications), the provisions set forth herein shall prevail and shall have overriding effect.
OSLAU reserves the sole and absolute discretion to make the final decision on all account applications. Participation in the Campaign does not guarantee the approval of any account application. OSLAU makes no express or implied warranties regarding the approval of any account, nor does it guarantee that any participant will satisfy the eligibility criteria or receive any rewards under the Campaign.

9. Disclaimers

This Campaign shall not, under any circumstances, be construed as financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice, or a solicitation, recommendation, or offer to sell or subscribe to any securities or financial instruments. Nothing contained herein shall form the basis of any contract or commitment. Additionally, this Campaign is not intended to provide tax, legal, or accounting advice. You should consult your own tax, legal and accounting advisors before engaging in any financial transactions.
