Terms and Conditions of the OSL Digital Securities Limited "Newcomer DCA Reward"
Recurring Buy Prize Pool to Share HKD 28,888 in BTC DCA Upgraded: Share the HKD 128,888 Prize Pool and Win Big in BTC” Campaign
These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern the “Newcomer DCA Reward Recurring Buy Prize Pool to Share HKD 28,888 in BTC Campaign (the “Campaign”) organised by OSL Digital Securities Limited (“OSLDS”, “we”, or “us”). By participating in this Campaign, participants (“you” or “your”) acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms, the OSLDS Client Terms and Conditions, and the OSL Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Agreements”), which together form a legally binding agreement.

4.1 “Feb Newcomer Exclusive Reward”
4.2 Eligible Criteria
A participant will be deemed eligible (“Eligible Participant”) if all the following conditions are satisfied:
A. Cumulative Recurring Buy Requirement
Only Recurring Buy transactions executed during the Campaign Period will be counted towards the cumulative amount.
B. Holding Requirement
All Recurring Buy assets must remain in the participant’s OSLDS account until the end of the Campaign Period. Any sale, withdrawal, or transfer of such assets during the Campaign Period will render the relevant transactions ineligible to be counted towards the final cumulative amount. OSLDS will, at its sole and absolute discretion, determine the final eligible Recurring Buy amount based on the balance of Recurring Buy assets remaining in each participant’s account as of the end of the Campaign Period.
C. Compliance
Participants must comply with these Terms, the Recurring Buy Terms and Conditions, and any rules or guidelines issued by OSLDS.
4.3 Reward Form and Distribution
Rewards will be distributed in Bitcoin (BTC), calculated based on the HKD-to-BTC exchange rate available on the OSLDS platform at the time of distribution. OSLDS reserves the right to determine the conversion rate at its sole discretion.
Rewards will be credited to winners’ OSLDS account within thirty (30) HK business days after the end of the Campaign Period.
Rewards are non-transferable, non-assignable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other assets.
OSLDS reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to withhold or revoke any reward if it determines that a participant has breached any terms of the Campaign, engaged in fraudulent activity, or violated applicable laws or regulations.
General Terms
5.1 OSLDS has sole and absolute discretion in determining your eligibility to participate in the Campaign and / or receive any rewards under the Campaign. OSLDS may, at its sole and absolute discretion, suspend, vary, amend, withdraw or terminate these Terms at any time without prior notice, including for the avoidance of doubt, suspend, abbreviate or vary the Campaign Period.
5.2 In no event shall OSLDS be obligated to award anything other than that specified herein. The data and validation for this Campaign shall be based on OSLDS’s records, and OSLDS retains the exclusive right of final decision. OSLDS reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or revoke the eligibility of any participant from this Campaign if the participant is found to have engaged in improper actions, including but not limited to, maliciously claiming rewards, using automated means to execute the Eligible Transactions, falsifying or misreporting data, exploiting platform vulnerabilities, or utilizing technological methods to obtain undue benefits.
5.3 In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.

本條款及細則（「條款」）適用於由 OSL數字證券有限公司（「OSLDS」、「我們」或「本公司」）組織的「新手定投開運獎瓜分 HKD28,888 BTC 」活動（「本活動」）。參與本活動即表示參與者（「您」或「您的」）承認並同意受本條款、OSLDS 客戶條款及條件、 OSL 隱私政策 以及OSLDS定投條款與細則（統稱為「協議」）的約束，這些協議共同構成具有法律效力的協議。
1. 定投定義
就本活動而言，「定投」是指 OSLDS 提供的僅執行功能，可讓您透過 OSLDS 平台設定自動、定期的數位資產購買，具體方式請參閱OSLDS定投條款與細則。所有定投交易均須遵守適用法律、平台規則和協議。
2. 活動期間
本活動於 2026 年 2 月 5日（香港時間） 開始，並於 2026 年 3月 31 日（香港時間） 結束（「活動期間」），除非 OSLDS 自行決定提前修改或終止。

4.1 「二月開運定投獎」專項獎勵 除排行榜獎勵外，針對 2 月份新用戶增設以下獨立獎勵機制：

參與者需同時符合以下條件方視為「合資格參與者」：
A. 累積定投要求
僅在活動期間執行的定投交易將計入累積金額。
B. 資產持有要求
所有定投資產必須在活動結束前持續保留於參與者的 OSLDS 帳戶內。若於活動期間內出售、提現或轉移該等資產，相關交易將不具資格計入最終累積金額。OSLDS 將依其唯一且絕對的酌情權，以活動結束時各參與者帳戶內留存的定投資產餘額作為最終合資格定投金額的認定依據。
C. 遵守規定
參與者須遵守本條款、定投條款與細則，以及 OSLDS 不時發布的相關規則及指引。
4.3 獎勵形式與發放
獎勵將以比特幣形式發放，其數量將根據獎勵發放時 OSLDS 平台之港幣兌比特幣匯率計算。OSLDS 有權依其酌情決定兌換匯率。
獎勵將於活動結束後三十（30）個香港工作日內發放至獲獎者的 OSLDS 帳戶。
獎勵不可轉讓、不可轉售，亦不可兌換現金或其他資產。
若 OSLDS 判定參與者違反本活動條款、從事欺詐行為或違反適用法律法規，OSLDS 保留自行決定暫停或取消其獎勵的權利。
5. 一般條款
5.1 OSLDS擁有唯一且絕對的裁量權來決定您是否有資格參加本活動和/或根據本活動獲得任何獎勵。OSLDS可自行決定隨時暫停、更改、修訂、撤回或終止本條款，且無需事先通知，包括為免疑義，可暫停、縮短或更改活動期間。
5.2 在任何情況下，OSLDS均無義務提供除本條款所述之外的任何獎勵。本活動的數據和驗證應以OSLDS的記錄為準，且OSLDS保留最終決定的專屬權利。如果參與者被發現從事不當行為，包括但不限於惡意索取獎勳、使用自動化手段執行符合條件的交易、偽造或錯誤報告數據、利用平台漏洞或使用技術方法獲取不當利益，OSLDS保留暫停或撤銷該參與者參加本活動資格的權利。
5.3 如果本條款的英文版與中文版之間有任何差異或不一致，以英文版為準。
